Position Details:
Designation: Marketing & Sales Interns for HikVision division
Muscat, Oman In-Office Position GPT Groups Oman- Young Leader Program 2025
We aim to introduce an internship program focused on providing young Omanis with opportunities to gain experience in Accounting, Marketing & Social Media, Sustainability, and Telecommunication. This initiative aligns with Oman’s Vision 2040, showcasing our commitment to contributing to the nation’s goals by empowering the youth.
These internships will not only support their career growth but also create a positive impact for GPT by highlighting our dedication to nurturing local talent. Furthermore, this aligns with our long-term strategy to develop a skilled and motivated workforce.
Eligibility Criteria – Undergraduate students & 18 + years with a valid DL
Division- HikVision(Sales & Marketing)
T&C of internship –
1. Omani youth (Perusing PG or UG with 18+ year of age) – The candidates will be short listed by screening / assessment test/ interview
2. Post selection HR will issue internship confirmation letter with job role/ job description / internship remuneration and other required details ( the candidate needs to acknowledge it and submit the copy to us).
3. Fixed Remuneration/ stipend will be provided to the selected candidate
4. The internship will for 90 days (3 month) * 6 hours daily with weekly offs (Friday & Saturday)
5. The candidate may have to go to the market basis the JD & requirement
7. On completion of internship the candidates will present a synopsis to core team of GPT Groups followed by issuing of Internship certificate & recommendation letter from GPT followed by Dinner with Chairman & core team.
On Joining GPT for internship – what is candidate is expected to do:
• Day-1 Welcome by HR at Ghala Office
• A generic email ID creation for them which they will use for any communication etc. if the job role involves entries in any system – HR & function will ensure that rights are given on D1
• HR will provide a backpack with GPT logo/ GPT folder with a welcome letter with orientation program for the with each function Sales/ Finance/ HR/ Stores/ Nature Republic etc.
• Candidate will be given coupon to buy our product on a discounted rate
• Signing a code of conduct (CoC)
• Weekly report format will be shared by respective function basis work assigned
• A buddy will be assigned to interns from respective department who will explain the job role which candidate has to perform during the internship tenure.
Stipend: As per industry standards.
Duration of the internship: 3 months* (extendable basis the project assigned)

Function covered: Under-Graduate/ Post- Graduate students, who have studied Sales & Marketing/ Sales & distribution / Accounts/ Social-Media / HR
